The Sturt Highway is closed in both directions due to flooding. Eastbound light vehicles are diverted at Lockart Rd, Collingullie. Eastbound heavy vehicles are diverted at Narrandera to the Newell Highway, then Burley Griffin Way, and then onto the Hume Highway at Yass. Westbound light vehicles are diverted via Uranquinty and The Rock to Collingullie. Westbound heavy vehicles are diverted via Coolamon and Grong Grong to Narrandera. The Sturt Highway is also closed in the town, near Lake Albert Rd, at the railway underpass. Local diversions are in place. The Olympic Highway (Moorong St) is closed between Sturt Highway and Kincaid Street.

Local diversions are in place for light vehicles. Eastbound light vehicles are being diverted at Lockart Rd, Collingullie, then The Rock Rd. Westbound light vehicles are being diverted at Elizabeth Avenue. Diversion for heavy vehicles: Eastbound - traffic is being diverted at Narrandera to the Newell Highway, then Burley Griffin Way, and then onto the Hume Highway at Yass. Heavy vehicles travelling south on the Hume Highway to travel west on the Sturt Highway, are being diverted at Coolac, then onto Cootamundra, Junee and Olympic Highway. Nearby intersections closed to heavy vehicles: - Hume Highway and Sturt Highway, north of Tarcutta. - Hume Highway and Mates Gully Road north of Tarcutta. - Hume Highway and Tumbarumba Road (Ladysmith Road) south of Tarcutta.
